My good friend Rachel and I got together and made the motherload of christmas cookies. We made sugar, molasses, and snowball cookies. Molasses cookies are definitely one of my favorites. The recipe said to chill the dough overnight does that seem a little excessive? Anyway, we had fun and it made everything seem a little more Christmas-y.

Hurray!! That was so much fun, we are still enjoying the fruits of our labors from that day. I haven't even tried the molasses ones yet, I think I will cook up some to put in the stockings at Christmas. Or I will just put a big plate out for Santa (me this year ;)
